This is a foundation course on lending of conventional home loans.

Since we cannot offer our foundation class in all areas, we offer it by correspondence. We send you all the same materials that students use in the live instruction version. The pace is entirely up to you, but we'll guide you on which sections to study and what you need to learn from them. Most people finish this course in 4 to 8 weeks, and once we're done grading your homework its time to take your exam.

The exam can be done online or by proctor. If you score a 70% of better you'll be issued your certificate and congradulatory letter.
